Getting started

Connections
- Add another TikTok accountConnect a second TikTok Shop creator account into this same workspace, sharing one library and one set of settings.

Posting and the schedule

Troubleshooting
- Failed postsA post that fails three times moves to the failed list with its error, instead of vanishing.

- Chrome extension not connectedThe extension has no login of its own — it reads your everysqueeze.com sign-in from the same Chrome profile. Check the domain, the profile, and the install.
- Facebook Page access removed / posting pausedYour Facebook Page stopped receiving posts because it dropped out of the Meta grant — usually from a reconnect that only selected one workspace's Page.

Error messages
- Already posted errorEverySqueeze found this video already has a confirmed post on this platform, so it didn't post it again.
- Duplicate caption blockedYou posted the exact same caption on this platform within the last 14 days, so EverySqueeze blocked the repeat.
- No caption could be builtEverySqueeze couldn't build an automatic caption for this video — its TikTok caption was only TikTok tags and it has no title or matched product.
- Placeholder caption blockedThe video still has the placeholder caption from a hand upload, so EverySqueeze won't post it.
- Review the caption before postingA post was about to go out with the video's file name as its caption or title, so EverySqueeze stopped it.
- Coverage: Catching up on your postsCoverage's background matching briefly pauses sometimes — nothing is lost, and it resumes on its own.
- Extension not connectedThe EverySqueeze Chrome extension can't reach your signed-in session at everysqueeze.com.
- Facebook posting is pausedThe Facebook Page you were posting to didn't come back when you reconnected, so nothing posts there until you choose a Page.
- TikTok history import paused or unavailableAn added TikTok account's history import can pause, show as unavailable, or fail to start — here's what each means.
- Instagram connect was canceledYou closed or canceled Instagram's connect flow before finishing, or it didn't complete — nothing was changed.
- Instagram account isn't professionalInstagram connect needs a Creator or Business account — a personal account can't be connected.
- Instagram Page missing after reconnectThe Facebook Page linked to your Instagram account wasn't in the last reconnect, so Instagram posting is affected.
- Daily matching limit reachedEverySqueeze's Amazon product search or matching has hit its daily limit and resets automatically — you can still paste a link yourself.
- No Amazon tracking ID savedWithout a saved Amazon tracking ID, EverySqueeze won't post an untagged Amazon link — so the link is left off instead.
- Pin skipped, no product matchAn automatic Pinterest pin was skipped because no Amazon product was confidently matched to the video yet.
- Daily Pinterest publish limit reachedEverySqueeze paused Pinterest posting for your workspace for the rest of the day after reaching its daily pin limit.
- Publication unconfirmed, resolve in CoverageEverySqueeze couldn't confirm whether a post actually went out, so it stopped rather than risk posting it twice.
- Reconnect Facebook warningPosts to Facebook (and Instagram, if it shares the connection) aren't landing right now, and reconnecting fixes it.
- Reconnect Pinterest warningPinterest stopped accepting your connection, so no pins are being made until you reconnect.
- Post failed after three triesA queued post failed three times and moved to your failed list instead of disappearing silently.
- Video preparation check pausedA hand-uploaded video's readiness check paused or hit an error before it could confirm the video is ready to post.
- Waiting for the owner's approvalA post an assistant queued needs the workspace owner to approve it before it posts.
- Why a queued post is waitingWhat each "waiting" reason in your Schedule means — spacing, daily capacity, queue order, a set time, your posting hours, or manual approval.
- YouTube daily upload allowance used upEither your workspace or the whole EverySqueeze app has used its daily YouTube upload allowance, and uploads resume automatically after it resets.
- YouTube upload needs recoveryA YouTube upload stopped partway or its result could not be saved; trying again continues the same upload instead of making a second video.
