What an assistant cannot do

The settings and actions that stay owner-only when VA mode is on.

An assistant signed in under VA mode can schedule, post, work the Coverage queue, review LinkPick picks and manage links, captions and templates — but a set of screens and actions stay with you, the account owner.

What stays hidden

Earnings, platform connections (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest), Amazon tracking IDs, the Chrome extension and Creator Connections, account import status, and Delete my data are all owner-only. An assistant's Settings view doesn't show these sections at all.

Why

Connecting or disconnecting an account, changing tracking IDs, or deleting data are account-level decisions the owner keeps control of — it isn't a limit on trust, it's what the role is scoped to.

What they can still see

Instagram's connection identity is visible even to an assistant, since it's useful context for posting there, even though changing the connection itself is not available.

Everything they do is visible to you

Whatever an assistant is allowed to do, it shows up in your activity list — see Assistant activity and undo.
