Inviting an assistant (VA mode)

How to invite a virtual assistant and what they see when they accept.

VA mode lets you invite someone to schedule, post and fix matches on your account inside limits you set, with everything they do visible to you.

Inviting them

In VA mode, enter their email and select Invite. They get an invite link that creates their own assistant sign-in for that email address.

What they see when they accept

The invite link's confirmation page tells them this is assistant access on your workspace, and that continuing accepts the invite and links their email to it. After accepting, a welcome page lists what they can do — write and schedule posts, work the Coverage queue, review LinkPick picks, and manage links, captions and templates — and what's hidden: earnings, connections, and account and billing settings, which stay with you.

Signing in again later

An assistant signs back in at everysqueeze.com/signin with the email they were invited with, and gets a sign-in link by email each time.

Naming and access

You can give an assistant a display name and set an access expiry date on their card — leave it blank for no expiry.
