Assistant trust switches

The two switches that control what your assistant can do without asking you first.

VA mode has two switches, both off by default, under Without asking you, that decide how much your assistant can do on their own.

Let my assistant post without asking me

Off (the default), their first posts wait for your Approve — how many is set by the Approval-first count. Once that many of their posts have gone out, the rest post automatically (within the daily post cap and your posting hours) — the approval step is a ramp for a new assistant, not a permanent hold. Turning the switch on skips the ramp entirely.

On, everything they schedule goes out at its time, up to the daily post cap. You still see every post they make in VA mode's activity list.

Let my assistant cancel scheduled posts without asking me

Off (the default), they can't cancel a post that's waiting for your approval or one you already approved.

On, they can cancel any scheduled post that hasn't gone out yet, including ones waiting for you or ones you've approved.

Posting limits

Daily post cap and Approval-first count are set as plain numbers. The approval-first count is a running total, not a daily reset — once your assistant's posts have crossed that count, they stay past it; it doesn't start over each day.
