Approving your assistant's posts

Where an assistant's posts wait for your OK, and how to approve or send them back.

While Let my assistant post without asking me is off and your assistant hasn't yet crossed the approval-first count, their posts wait for you in a Needs your OK queue on the VA mode card.

Approving

Each waiting post shows the platform and the video. Select Approve to let it post, or Send back to reject it. When there's more than one waiting, Approve all clears the whole queue in one tap.

Undoing an approval

A post you approve, or send back, shows up in the activity list, where it can still be undone — see Assistant activity and undo.

Once trust is on

Turning on Let my assistant post without asking me stops new posts from landing in this queue — they post automatically up to your daily cap instead, though you can still see and undo them afterward.
