Assistant activity and undo

Seeing everything your assistant did, and undoing a change.

Every change your assistant makes shows up in VA mode's activity list — scheduling, posting, cancelling, product-match fixes and more — so you always know what happened while you weren't watching.

Undoing a change

Most rows carry an undo control. The word on the button depends on what it's undoing: Put it back for a move, Restore for a cancelled or rejected post, or plain Undo for other changes like a setting or a product-match fix. A row that can't be undone anymore shows why instead of a button, or a quiet Done once nothing more can be reversed.

Cancelled posts are kept for 14 days

When a post is cancelled — by your assistant, or by you rejecting one — it isn't deleted right away. It's held for 14 days, so Restore can bring it back during that window.

If an undo is refused

If an undo can't go through, the screen shows the reason next to that row rather than failing silently.
