Do I need to change my videos or CTA to repost them?

No. You don't need to change your videos or your call to action. EverySqueeze takes the TikTok Shop videos you already made and posts the same video to your other platforms. It doesn't cut or edit the video, so anything you say in it stays as you filmed it.
What each platform adds
The link part is handled in the caption and the comments, not in the video:
- Facebook: the caption can carry your Amazon link and, with Auto DM on, a line like Comment LINK and I'll send you the link 👇. See Where your Amazon link goes on Facebook and The Comment LINK line.
- Instagram: captions can't hold a tappable link, so people get it by commenting your trigger word. See Auto DM.
- YouTube: the link goes in the description, but YouTube doesn't make links in a Short's description tappable. See YouTube Shorts and links in the description.
TikTok-only words in your captions
Automatic posts start from your TikTok caption. In Settings → Accounts & platforms → Facebook, Caption for automatic posts has Clean it up, which removes TikTok-only hashtags like #fyp and #tiktokshop and a leading Replying to @name. Your own words stay, so a caption that tells people to tap TikTok's cart keeps saying it. To change one, edit its caption in the Composer when you post that video.
