Copy Amazon links as an assistant

Copy the account owner's Amazon link from EverySqueeze, not from Amazon's SiteStripe, so the commission goes to the owner.

When you work in someone else's account as their assistant, every Amazon link you copy from EverySqueeze carries their tracking ID, so the commission goes to them. It never uses your own Amazon account, even if you also have your own EverySqueeze account.

Don't use Amazon's SiteStripe

Amazon's SiteStripe bar (the "Get link" button at the top of a product page) builds a link with the tracking ID of whoever is signed in to Amazon in that browser. If that's your own Amazon Associates account, the link pays you, not the account owner. Copy the link from EverySqueeze instead.

On the phone (Posts tab)

Open the video's card. Copy link, in the row of buttons under the products, copies the owner's link; the note under it reminds you not to use SiteStripe. Once the video is live on Facebook, tap its posted Facebook button: Copy affiliate link & open Facebook copies the link and opens the Facebook video so you can paste it. Tapping the Amazon product on the card also opens the owner's tagged link.

Checking the TikTok Shop product

Tapping the TikTok Shop product on a card (phone or Composer) opens a panel with its photo, full title and TikTok product ID (Copy ID), so you can check the Amazon pick is the exact product. Open in TikTok opens it under your own TikTok account, which can show similar products instead of the exact listing. When the panel's title reads TikTok product found, name not available yet, TikTok tagged the product but its name could not be read yet; the product ID is still the right one to check against.

On the desktop (Coverage)

On a video's Facebook square, the round link icon in the square's top-right corner copies the owner's Amazon link and opens the Facebook video so you can paste it (hover it to see Copy Amazon link & open Facebook video). It is there when the video is live on Facebook and its product has been confirmed. With a mouse it appears when you point at the square or tab to it; on a touch screen it is always shown. Clicking the square itself still opens the Facebook post. If the account owner set their own link for that video, the icon stays visible, turns green with a check and copies that link instead. In Composer, Copy link in the row of buttons under a video's products copies the owner's link too. In the mobile app, that post's Copy link button copies the owner's link instead.

No link to copy?

If the account has no Amazon tracking ID saved yet, there is nothing to copy. Only the account owner can add one in Settings.
