Should I use a new YouTube channel for reposts?
Your choice. EverySqueeze posts to the one YouTube channel you connect, whether it's the channel you have or a new one made for reposts.
Either works. EverySqueeze doesn't need a separate channel: it posts to the YouTube channel you connect, whether that's the channel you already have or a new one you make for your reposts. EverySqueeze posts to one channel at a time.
Using a new channel
- Create the channel on YouTube first, with the Google account you want it under.
- In Settings → Accounts & platforms, press Connect YouTube and sign in with that Google account. If Google asks which channel, choose the new one.
- Tick every box on Google's permission screen, so EverySqueeze can upload. See Connect YouTube.
Good to know
- Nothing goes to YouTube until you post a video there or turn on YouTube's Auto-post new TikToks switch.
- YouTube sets its own daily upload limit for each channel. A scheduled post that reaches it waits for the reset and goes out after it, instead of failing. See YouTube daily upload allowance used up.
- Your TikToks usually show up as Shorts, and YouTube doesn't make links in a Short's description tappable. See YouTube Shorts and links in the description.
