Disconnect a platform

Disconnecting in Settings removes what EverySqueeze stores for that platform — it doesn't change anything on the platform itself.

Each connected platform has its own Disconnect button on its connection card in Settings → Accounts and platforms. Disconnecting stops posting there and deletes the data EverySqueeze stores for it (synced posts, coverage, pictures, and for YouTube its video list, view counts and description template) — nothing on the platform itself changes, and you disconnect there separately if you want to fully revoke access.

Facebook and Instagram share one connection, so disconnecting either one disconnects both.

An Instagram-only connection (see The two ways Instagram can connect) has its own separate Disconnect, whether or not it's the door currently in use.

If cleanup can't be confirmed right away, the card shows Cleanup pending with a Retry cleanup button. No sync or posting runs on that platform until cleanup confirms.

YouTube's disconnect follows the same pattern: if some stored data still needs removing, Settings shows "YouTube disconnected" with a "Cleanup pending" state and a Retry cleanup button, and no YouTube sync runs until it clears.
