What it means
A video you upload by hand has to be checked and prepared before you can post it. EverySqueeze checks this automatically in the background while the upload's card is open.
- New video preparations are paused. Videos already preparing or ready can still be used. — EverySqueeze is limiting how many NEW videos start preparing right now; a video already in progress isn't affected, and this one is retried automatically after a short wait.
- This video was checked recently. or The preparation check limit was reached. — the same per-video check itself is on a brief cooldown before it runs again.
- We could not check this video. Try again. — the check failed outright; your upload is saved.
- Automatic checks stopped after 8 attempts. — after 8 tries, EverySqueeze stops checking on its own; press Check again to keep trying.
What to do
- Leave the upload's card open — most of these retry automatically after the wait shown.
- If checks stopped after 8 attempts, or you want to check right away, press Check again.
- The Post button for this video stays disabled until preparation finishes — that's expected.
Nothing is lost
Your uploaded file is saved throughout. Nothing about the video is lost while it waits or retries — it just can't be posted until preparation reports it's ready.
