Earnings by brand, product and time range

How the Earnings page's range tabs, chart and Videos / Products / Brands table work, and how to ask Pip for any other period.

The Earnings page shows, from top to bottom: the range tabs and when your TikTok Shop sales last synced, four totals, the Earnings over time chart, the Top earners table and a short Sources list.

The time range

The tabs at the top are 7D, 30D, 90D, YTD (this year so far) and All. They set the four totals (GMV, estimated commission, settled commission and orders) and the chart. Under each total is the change from the period before: the previous 7 or 30 days, or for YTD the finished months of this year against the same months last year. Settled is the exception while TikTok is still paying the range out: it shows no change and reads Still settling or Not settled yet, with the latest settled day. EverySqueeze keeps day-by-day sales for about the last 120 days, so 90D says there is no earlier 90 days to compare rather than showing a made-up change, and All has nothing before it. There is no single-day or custom date range on the page, so "yesterday" is not a figure you can read off it. Ask Pip instead, on the dashboard or in the mobile app: it answers for any period (yesterday, the last 14 or 90 days, a named month, a quarter, this year, all time, or dates you give), with the change from the period before, your top products and brands for that period, and month-by-month numbers.

The chart

Earnings over time draws one point a day for 7D, 30D and 90D, and one a month for YTD and All. Switch what it shows with GMV, Commission and Orders. On Commission it layers what TikTok estimates you will earn over what it has already settled (settling lags by a few weeks, so the most recent days are shaded and marked Not settled yet, where the settled line drops). A dashed line shows the period before, when it is known, and the best point is labelled, with that day's top-selling product. Hover or tap the chart (or focus it and use the arrow keys) to read any day: GMV, commission, settled, orders and that day's top product.

Top earners: videos, products and brands

The table has three tabs: Videos, Products and Brands. Click any column heading (GMV, commission, orders, views, posted date, videos, GMV per video) to sort by it; click again to flip the order. The search box narrows the rows, and Previous / Next page through them. On a phone each row is a card and you sort from the menu above them. Table figures are all-time totals, and the table says so: the date range does not change them.

A brand's earnings and average GMV per month

On the Brands tab, click a brand to see its GMV, commission, products and selling videos, and Open these in Library to filter the Library to that brand. Brand figures on the page are all-time totals. For one brand's sales in a period, or month by month, ask Pip (for example Which brands sold the most this year?, or how one brand did this year, by its name); it has each product's and brand's sales by day for about the last 180 days, and their all-time totals. Ask for a brand's average per month (its avg GMV earned per month, say so far this year) and Pip gives the average over the complete months it has (a month still running is left out, and it says which months it averaged). The brand name is shown as TikTok Shop reports it, so a name may appear spaced differently from how the brand writes it.

Best-selling products for a period

The Products tab includes a GMV 30d column. For any other period (the last 10 or 90 days, last quarter, a named month, or a period like 2 months ago), ask Pip: What was my best-selling product in the last 90 days? You can ask for up to three periods at once (top products in the last 7, 30 and 90 days): Pip lists the top three of each.

Last year, and your best videos

Pip compares a period with the same one a year earlier (How does this quarter compare to the same quarter last year?) when both are in your sales history, and says so when the earlier one is not. A quarter and a whole year are different lengths, so Pip gives each total on its own rather than a percentage. Asked which video made you the most money, Pip ranks your videos by estimated commission (what you earned), all time since each was posted; asked which sold the most, by GMV.

Sources

The Sources list at the bottom says where each number comes from: TikTok Shop (live from TikTok's API, with when it last synced, and how much refunds and cancellations took off), Amazon (paused for now; see Library and Earnings) and Creator Connections (how many campaigns the extension has accepted).
