My assistant can't sign in or keeps losing access

An assistant stays signed in for 30 days on one browser. After that, or on a new device, they sign in again with the email they were invited with.

An assistant's sign-in is separate from yours. It is not one of the switches in What your assistant may do: those decide what they can do once signed in, not whether they can sign in.

Staying signed in

After accepting your invite, your assistant stays signed in for 30 days on that browser and device: they just open everysqueeze.com/dashboard. A new device, a different browser, a Private tab, cleared cookies or 30 days passing all mean signing in again. They do that at everysqueeze.com/signin with the email address you invited, and get a sign-in link by email.

"This is managed by the account owner." or "You’re already signed in on this browser."

That browser already holds the assistant login, so it can't sign in to anything else. Your assistant should press Open dashboard: they are already in. To sign in to a different account in that browser (their own EverySqueeze account, for example), they press Sign out of the assistant login first.

Their access ended

On the Your assistant card in VA mode → Settings, Access until ends their access on that date. Leave it blank for no expiry, or set a later date. If you removed the assistant or invited someone else instead, send them a new invite from VA mode.

Still stuck? Use Report a problem in Pip's menu with the exact words your assistant sees.

Open it in EverySqueeze
