TikTok videos not importing

Check connection status, the Age 18+ setting, and import status for an added account when TikTok videos aren't showing up.

If videos from TikTok aren't showing up in your library, work through the checks below in order.

Check these in order

  1. Is TikTok still connected? Your TikTok Shop account is your EverySqueeze account — if the connection has expired, your library stops syncing new videos. Open Settings and reconnect if it shows Reconnect instead of Connect.
  2. Check for an "Age 18+" flag on the video. In TikTok, content behind an age wall can be invisible to EverySqueeze's automatic coverage matching, and it's an easy setting to have flipped on by accident. Check the video's own TikTok settings if it's missing and nothing else explains it.
  3. Is this a second TikTok account you added, not your original one? Your original account uses the main library sync automatically. An added account needs its own history import, started from the TikTok history imports panel in Settings — it does not import on its own the way your original account does.
  4. Check the import's status. The panel shows each added account's state: Not started, Importing now, Queued, Paused, Complete, or Unavailable. A paused or not-started import has an Import history (or Retry import) button — use it to start or resume.
  5. If status reads Unavailable, the import can't currently run — check that account's TikTok connection and ownership are still valid; a change there is a common cause.
  6. Large libraries take time. Importing history brings in older videos and available earnings; a large account can take a while to finish a first pass. Importing history does not turn on posting by itself — new imports still need Auto-post switches or manual posting from the Composer to actually go out.

Still stuck?

Refresh status in the import panel before concluding anything is stuck — a failed status read is never cached, so a retry can pick up a result that already succeeded server-side. If videos are still missing after checking the connection, the Age 18+ setting and import status, use Report a problem (in Pip's menu or the Help button).
