TikTok history import paused or unavailable
An added TikTok account's history import can pause, show as unavailable, or fail to start — here's what each means.
This covers the status an added TikTok account's history import can show (your original account uses the main library sync and doesn't use this).
What it means
- Paused — the import stopped after several failed attempts. Your progress so far is saved; use Retry import to continue from where it left off.
- Unavailable — the import can't currently run for this account. Nothing to retry from Settings; contact support if it stays this way.
- Import is paused because the TikTok connection or ownership changed. Check this account's connection before retrying. — this account's TikTok connection changed hands or details since the import started, so EverySqueeze stopped rather than import against a connection it's no longer sure about.
- Could not start the import. Refresh status to check whether it was queued before trying again. — the request to start or retry didn't clearly succeed or fail; the import may still have been queued.
What to do
- Check the account's status under TikTok history imports in Settings.
- For Paused, press Retry import.
- For an ownership/connection conflict, reconnect that TikTok account first, then retry.
- After any unclear result, press Refresh status before retrying again, so you don't start a second import on top of one that already queued.
Nothing is lost
Importing history never affects posting, and a paused or retried import keeps whatever videos and orders it already brought in.
