Connect Facebook and Instagram

One Meta login covers both — pick every Page you post to, including ones your other EverySqueeze accounts use.

Facebook and Instagram connect through one Meta login: connecting either one connects both. Before Facebook's Page picker opens, expect three screens.

On "Continue as <your name>?", click Edit settings — not Continue. Continue skips the Page picker and can grant the wrong Page.

Next, on the Page-access screen, choose Opt in to current Pages only and select the Page for this brand. Do the same on the Instagram accounts screen that follows.

Select every Page you already post to with EverySqueeze, not just this brand's Page — a Page you leave out stops posting, and this can affect other EverySqueeze accounts that use the same Page.

Once connected, Settings → Accounts and platforms → Facebook shows the connected Page. "Facebook and Instagram share one connection. Their auto-post choices are separate." — each still has its own auto-post switch and daily limit.
