The automatic posting switch

One master switch pauses automatic posting on every platform without losing your per-platform settings.

Settings → Posting schedule has one master control: Automatic posting, with two choices — Follow platform settings and Pause automatic posting.

Follow platform settings lets each platform's own "Auto-post new TikToks" switch (in Settings → Accounts and platforms) decide what happens: a platform that's on auto-posts, one that's off waits for you.

Pause automatic posting stops every platform's automatic posting at once, even ones switched on individually. Your per-platform choices are kept — nothing is turned off — so posting picks back up exactly where it left off once you switch back to Follow platform settings.

Manual posts and older YouTube description updates are separate from this switch and are never affected by pausing.

While automatic posting is paused, a queued item shows as waiting because you approve every post by hand. You can still post any video yourself from Composer, and anything already queued stays queued until you post it or cancel it.
