Fill my week

Proposes a week of posts from your unfinished coverage gaps, spaced across your posting hours, for you to approve in one pass.

On the Schedule tab, Fill my week lays your not-yet-cross-posted videos into empty slots over the next 7 days. Nothing is scheduled until you confirm — it's a proposal you review first, with a caption for each row that you can edit before it goes out.

If a proposed YouTube row has no title, EverySqueeze won't queue it — YouTube needs a title, so either type one in the panel or write your captions first and re-run Fill my week.

When you confirm, EverySqueeze queues each row one at a time and shows you the estimated landing time it actually got, which your posting hours, gaps and daily limits can push later than what was first proposed. A row that's already scheduled is skipped and marked "already scheduled" rather than duplicated.

If your daily queueing limit is reached partway through, the remaining rows in the batch stop there and are marked so you can see which ones didn't go in — nothing is silently lost.
