When a product isn't on Amazon
When a product is not on Amazon, mark it Not on Amazon so EverySqueeze stops asking; its posts go out without an Amazon link (automatic pins are skipped).
Some TikTok Shop products are not sold on Amazon at all (a brand's own store, for example). You can tell EverySqueeze so, once, and it stops asking you to pick an Amazon product for that video.
On your phone
In the mobile app's Posts tab, open the video's product picker. Under the suggested products, tap Not on Amazon, then Nothing matches. The video then shows Not on Amazon.
On the dashboard
In Confirm products, press No (N), then This product isn’t on Amazon. In the Composer, use Wrong product on the video's product, then Nothing matches.
What happens next
- The video leaves the Confirm products list (and the count of matches waiting for your OK), so it no longer holds up automatic posting.
- Its Facebook, Instagram and YouTube posts go out without an Amazon link. Nothing else about the post changes.
- An automatic Pinterest pin is different: a pin only goes out with a confident Amazon product, so that video's automatic pin is skipped (see Pin skipped, no product match).
- If you change your mind, pick a product for it the usual way (see Change the product on a post); a product you pick yourself replaces the not-on-Amazon answer.
If a product is on Amazon but the suggestion is wrong, don't mark it not on Amazon: pick the right one instead, or paste its Amazon link.
