Instagram is unlinked from your Facebook Page

Your Instagram account is no longer linked to the Facebook Page EverySqueeze posts through, so Instagram posts fail while Facebook keeps posting.

Instagram is unlinked from your Facebook Page (shown with your Instagram username when it's known).

When you connect Facebook, EverySqueeze posts to Instagram through the Instagram account linked to your Facebook Page. If that link is removed on Instagram's or Facebook's side, Instagram posts fail even though your Facebook connection still works. EverySqueeze checks the link regularly and after any Instagram post that fails for this reason, and shows this notice on the Instagram card in Settings.

If your Page never had an account linked, the bell shows a similar notice with the same fix as below.

What still works

Facebook keeps posting as usual. Nothing already posted is affected.

How to fix it

  1. Relink Instagram to the same Facebook Page. In Instagram: open your profile, tap Edit profile, then Page, and choose your Facebook Page. Or in Facebook: open your Page's settings, then Linked accounts, then Instagram.
  2. If your Instagram account is now linked to a different Facebook Page, reconnect Facebook here and select that Page when Facebook asks which Pages to share.

The notice clears by itself once the link is back, usually the next time you open Settings.

If Instagram posts through its own Instagram-only connection instead of your Facebook Page, this notice doesn't apply to it.
