Instagram Page missing after reconnect

The Facebook Page linked to your Instagram account wasn't in the last reconnect, so Instagram posting is affected.

We didn't get the Page linked to your Instagram (shown with your Instagram username when it's known).

What it means

The last time you reconnected Facebook, the Page linked to the Instagram account you post to did not come back in the connection. EverySqueeze keeps track of which Page reaches your Instagram, and it will not switch you to a different, unrelated Instagram account without you choosing it.

What to do

  1. Reconnect Facebook and choose the Page that's linked to that Instagram account.
  2. If you're not sure which Page that is, check it in Facebook: Settings, Business integrations, Everysqueeze Social, then reconnect here.
  3. Use the Reconnect Facebook button on the card, or Accounts and platforms in Settings.

Nothing is lost

Nothing already posted is affected. Posts waiting to go to Instagram simply wait until the right Page is reconnected — they are not sent to the wrong account.
