Do I still need ManyChat?

Auto DM is built into EverySqueeze for Facebook and Instagram, so there is no ManyChat to connect. Turn off ManyChat's comment replies on the same posts.

Not for sending your product links. Auto DM is built into EverySqueeze: when someone comments one of your trigger words (link, shop and info to start) on your Facebook or Instagram post, they get a DM with a button to the product. That works on any post matched to one of your TikTok videos, once that video has a product: see Auto DM isn't sending for the rest. There is no ManyChat connection in EverySqueeze, and you don't need one for this.

Turn off ManyChat's comment replies

Meta lets only one app send a private reply to each comment. If ManyChat still answers comments on the same Page or Instagram, it can answer first, and EverySqueeze's DM for that comment is skipped. Turn off ManyChat's comment automation for those accounts. Keep ManyChat only for anything else you use it for.

Your old ManyChat posts keep working

Old posts often ask for their own word, like Comment PATCH. Also answer the word each post asks for, in Settings → Auto DM, answers those comments with the same DM, under the same rules. It's on unless you turn it off, so leave it on when you switch. See Moving from Scaled Creator or ManyChat.

Set it up

Open Settings → Auto DM. The Facebook card and the Instagram card each have their own switch: turning on Facebook doesn't turn on Instagram. Instagram's Auto DM works when your Instagram is connected through your Facebook Page.
