YouTube daily limit / quota
YouTube's upload quota is shared across every EverySqueeze creator, not just you — what it means when it's used up and what isn't lost.
YouTube caps how many videos EverySqueeze can upload across every creator combined, not just you — 100 a day, project-wide, on the API tier EverySqueeze currently uses.
Check these in order
- Check what the error actually says. A message about YouTube's daily upload allowance being used up means the shared project-wide quota is spent for the day — it's not a problem with your account or your connection.
- This is separate from your own per-platform daily limit. Settings → Posting schedule sets your own cap on new automatic posts per platform; the YouTube project quota is a different, much larger ceiling shared by every EverySqueeze creator at once. You can hit the shared one even with room left on your own.
- Nothing is lost. The video stays in your library and queue; YouTube posting through the app resumes automatically once the shared quota resets.
- If you need it posted right now, upload it to YouTube yourself outside EverySqueeze in the meantime — the quota only limits uploads made through the app.
- A YouTube connection that won't complete at all is a different issue from a quota message — during the preview period a Google account has to be added to the tester allowlist before Google allows the connection through; that's not something you can fix from your side.
Still stuck?
A quota pause never drops the video from your queue or changes anything already posted — it only delays the next automatic YouTube upload until the shared allowance resets. If YouTube posting stays stuck well after you'd expect the daily reset, use Report a problem (in Pip's menu or the Help button).
