Your YouTube description template

Build the description new YouTube uploads use, with your Amazon link and a required disclosure.

Settings → Accounts and platforms → YouTube has Amazon link · Description, on by default for new videos EverySqueeze posts, plus a description editor under Your video description.

Tokens and default

The editor offers Amazon link, Video title and Amazon disclosure tokens. Left at its default, the description reads "🛒 Get it here → " followed by your Amazon link, then the disclosure line on its own.

Where it goes

A separate control, Where it goes, lets you add the block above or below your own description text (Top or Bottom).

The disclosure can't be removed

The Amazon disclosure — "As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases." — is always included in the description block. If your own template text doesn't include the token, EverySqueeze still adds the line rather than dropping it, so a new upload never goes out without it.

This template and your saved link position apply to videos EverySqueeze posts for you, and to the separate Update links on older YouTube videos switch in Coverage's Earning nothing panel. A video you upload yourself is never touched.
