Connected the wrong TikTok account
How to switch which TikTok Shop account EverySqueeze imports from: connect the right one, then disconnect the wrong one.
Connecting a different TikTok account does not replace the one you have. Reconnect TikTok and Add another account both add the account you are signed in to on TikTok next to the ones already connected (up to 5 in one workspace), and the wrong one keeps importing. Switching takes two steps.
1. Connect the right account
- On TikTok (the app, or tiktok.com in the browser you will use), sign out of the wrong account and sign in to the TikTok Shop creator account you sell with.
- On the desktop dashboard, open Settings → Accounts & platforms, open TikTok's settings and choose Add another account (or Reconnect TikTok). In the phone app, it is Reconnect TikTok under the cog, then Accounts and platforms.
- Approve it on TikTok. Its videos start importing.
2. Disconnect the wrong account
On the desktop dashboard, in TikTok's settings, each connected account has its own row with its @name and a Disconnect button. Disconnect the wrong one and confirm. EverySqueeze deletes that account's TikTok connection and stops importing from it. Videos it already imported stay in your library, posts already scheduled stay in Schedule (cancel any you don't want), and nothing changes on TikTok itself. The phone app has no per-account Disconnect: use Open desktop version under the cog, Account and device.
If the wrong account is marked Sign-in account and TikTok is the only way you sign in, add an email under Manage account first, so you can still sign in afterwards.
After switching
With more than one account connected, each one keeps its own auto-post switches: choose the right account under Edit auto-posting for in TikTok's settings and check them. See Add another TikTok account.
