Find which videos are missing from a platform

On the Coverage grid, the destination menu's "Still missing from" list shows only the videos not yet on YouTube (or any one platform), with a count.

To see the videos that are not on one platform yet, open Coverage on the dashboard and use the destination menu in the toolbar above the grid (it starts on All markets). The toolbar's first line has each platform's share and Review N possible matches; the last has the sort buttons, the filters and how many videos are showing (for example 40 of 1,671).

Platform and Status buttons (to-do list)

Platform and Status buttons at the top of the toolbar turn Coverage into a to-do list. Pick a platform (All, or one of the platforms you use), then Not posted yet, Scheduled, Failed, Needs review or Posted; each shows how many videos you would get. For example, Facebook and Not posted yet lists exactly the videos with no Facebook post. Click the status again to clear it; your last choice is remembered on this computer.

The download button at the end of that row saves the list you are looking at as a CSV spreadsheet: video date, the first 80 characters of the caption, the TikTok link, the product and one status column per platform. It never includes sales or earnings, and your assistants see the same screen.

A blank square in the filtered list still queues that video, a clock opens your schedule and a ? opens the review.

Still missing from

Under Still missing from pick YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest. The grid then shows only the videos that are not confirmed on that platform, and the number in brackets is how many. A platform with no count has not been scanned yet.

Already live on

Under Already live on pick a platform to see the videos that are confirmed there instead.

Other ways to narrow the grid

The YouTube without a link tab is a different list: YouTube videos that are already posted but whose description has no Amazon link.

Coverage is on the desktop dashboard; the mobile app has no Coverage screen.
