What each Coverage number means
The numbers on Coverage count different things. Here is what each one counts, and why two of them can look like they disagree.
Coverage shows several numbers. Most of them count videos, and each one counts over a different set, so two numbers can differ without either being wrong.
The platform shares at the top
Each platform's share (for example Facebook 82%) is how many of your videos are live there out of the ones that can go there, written underneath as N of M eligible. A video that can't go to a platform isn't counted for it: a TikTok photo post can't go to YouTube, so YouTube's number can be a little lower than the others.
Review N videos
Review N videos counts the videos with a possible match waiting for your answer on Facebook, Instagram or YouTube. A video that might be on both Facebook and Instagram is one video here, not two. It counts your whole library (or the one platform you picked in the Platform buttons), whatever else you searched or filtered.
The Platform and Status buttons
Each button shows how many videos you would get if you clicked it.
- Platform buttons count the videos that can go to that platform.
- Not posted yet: still missing from at least one destination of the platform you picked (or of any platform, with All).
- Posted: live on at least one destination of that platform.
- Scheduled and Failed: a post is waiting in the schedule, or it couldn't be posted.
- Needs review: a possible match is waiting for your answer, counted in videos.
These lists can overlap. A video that is on Instagram but not on Pinterest is both Posted and Not posted yet under All, so the status numbers can add up to more than your number of videos. Pick one platform to see a clean split for it.

The count by the search box says how many videos are showing out of the ones that match your filters. The button under the grid shows more.
The destination and handle menus
All destinations lists each destination with how many videos are still missing from it, or already live on it. All handles lists each TikTok account with the number of its videos tagged with a TikTok Shop product; videos without a TikTok Shop product aren't listed under an account.
The numbers on the pictures
- The number under a video's picture is its TikTok views. It is left off when it was read on the video's first day and hasn't been refreshed since, because an old first-day number would be far too low.
- The number under a ✓ is that post's views on that platform. A dash means that post's views aren't tracked, and a Pinterest ✓ has no number because Pinterest views aren't tracked.
The YouTube without a link tab counts something else again: YouTube videos already posted with no Amazon link in the description (see YouTube without a link).
