Waiting for the owner's approval
A post an assistant queued needs the workspace owner to approve it before it posts.

What it means
When an assistant in VA mode queues a post, it doesn't go out on its own — it waits for the workspace owner to say yes. The assistant's own dashboard shows it as Waiting for the owner; the owner's dashboard lists it under Needs your approval, alongside anything else an assistant queued that needs a decision.
What to do
- If you're the owner, open your dashboard and approve or decline the post under Needs your approval.
- If you're the assistant, there's nothing more to do — the post waits until the owner acts on it.
Nothing is lost
The post stays queued exactly as submitted until the owner approves or declines it — nothing posts without that approval, and nothing is deleted while it waits.
