Reconnect Facebook warning
Posts to Facebook (and Instagram, if it shares the connection) aren't landing right now, and reconnecting fixes it.
Reconnect Facebook
What it means
Posts to Facebook are not landing right now. If Instagram posts through the same Facebook connection, it's affected too; if Instagram has its own separate connection, it keeps posting normally and this card only concerns Facebook.
What to do
- Open Accounts and platforms in Settings and use the Reconnect button on the card.
- Reconnecting takes about a minute — you'll be sent to Facebook to confirm access again.
- If Facebook's picker no longer shows the Page you used to post to, see Facebook removed my Page access.
Nothing is lost
Nothing already posted is affected, and posts already scheduled for Facebook simply wait in the queue until you reconnect. Reconnecting doesn't remove your saved schedule or captions.
