Failed posts

A post that fails three times moves to the failed list with its error, instead of vanishing.

If an automatic or scheduled post keeps failing, EverySqueeze tries it up to three times before giving up. When it gives up, the post moves to your failed list instead of silently disappearing — you can see it, and its error, on the Schedule tab.

Some errors are final on the first try instead of taking three tries — for example, a duplicate ("already posted") or a Pinterest pin with no product to attach a link to. Those land in the failed list right away.

There is no Retry button. A failed post's content (its caption, product and settings) isn't held onto in a form that could safely repost it automatically, so re-sending it is a decision only you can make. To send it again, go to Composer and post or schedule that video to the platform yourself.

For one specific case — a YouTube post that failed because of the daily publish limit — EverySqueeze does show whether a later attempt on that same video succeeded or is already queued again, right on the failed entry, so you don't have to go looking.

Failed entries sit on the calendar on the day the attempt actually failed. See Why a post hasn't gone out if a post is still pending rather than failed.
