VA posts waiting for approval

Where the owner approves an assistant's posts, why they wait by default, and how to change it.

By default, a virtual assistant's first posts wait for the owner's approval before they go out. This is expected behavior, not a bug — it's controlled by two switches the owner sets.

Check these in order

1. Open VA mode. Posts waiting on you appear under "Needs your OK" with the platform and video for each one, plus Approve and Send back buttons. With more than one pending, an Approve all button clears the whole batch.
2. Check the approval-first count. Under "Posting limits", the Approval-first count is how many of the assistant's posts wait for your yes before EverySqueeze starts releasing the rest on its own, up to the daily cap. A fresh assistant starts needing approval for their first few posts; once that count is reached, later posts go out automatically.
3. Check the two trust switches, under "Without asking you": "Let my assistant post without asking me" and "Let my assistant cancel scheduled posts without asking me". Both are off by default. With the posting switch off, your assistant's posts wait for you only until the approval-first count is reached; after that they go out on their own (up to the daily cap). Turning the switch on releases their posts automatically from the start and skips the approval-first count entirely.
4. Check the daily post cap. Approving a post yourself still respects this cap and your posting hours — a released post is not exempt from the schedule.
5. Notifications. You see every pending approval in VA mode itself; there is no separate notification channel documented beyond the pending list and the counts shown there.

Still stuck?

Approving, rejecting or leaving a post pending never posts it early or loses it — a post you Send back stays available for your assistant to fix and resubmit. If posts are stuck waiting when you expected the trust switches to release them, check that the switch you expect is actually on — it applies immediately, including to posts already sitting in the queue, not only ones scheduled after the change.
